Golflands Main Bathroom

🏡 The Brief:

Our clients wanted to transform their dated main bathroom and ensuite into modern, functional spaces that still felt like they belonged within the character of their existing home. Their vision included level-entry tiled showers, ample storage, and a cohesive design that felt considered, not trendy.

One of the key challenges was bringing together elements they already loved—like a particular tile—with new ideas in a way that made sense for the layout. They were unsure how it would all come together and needed help visualising the potential.

🔨 What We Did:

In the main bathroom, we removed the old corner bath, instantly opening up the space and allowing for a more practical and luxurious layout. Livia created detailed 3D designs, giving the clients the ability to visualise multiple layout options and make confident, informed decisions.

The final design evokes a spa-like feel, balancing clean lines with warm, personal touches—including a custom space to showcase a meaningful family heirloom.

In both bathrooms, Darren managed the build from start to finish, coordinating our trusted team of subtrades to deliver a seamless renovation experience that respected the clients’ need to remain in the home throughout the process.
