Quiet Luxury - Master Bedroom & Ensuite renovation,Wanaka

When our client came to us with a wish list, a spacious walk-in shower, a separate bidet, and a bathroom that felt luxurious but not out of place, we got stuck into finding the best layout for the space.

By removing the wall between the existing bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, we unlocked the space needed to create a generous, hotel-quality ensuite which ticks all the boxes. The result is a beautifully appointed bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with stone-look tiles and zellige inspired feature tiling, a wall-hung bidet and toilet, a floating dark timber vanity with integrated basin, and warm, considered finishes throughout.

To ensure the master bedroom lost none of its storage, we designed and built bespoke standalone wardrobes on either side of the bed , matching the original walk-in wardrobe's capacity while adding a stunning feature to the room. The V-groove panelled bedhead wall ties the bedroom and ensuite together, creating a cohesive, calm retreat that feels completely at home in the existing character of the house.

This project is a great example of what's possible when you look at a renovation challenge creatively, maximising what you already have to deliver something that feels purpose-built from day one.
